FOUR DAY WEEKEND!

Class from 9 until 2, quiz make-ups from 2 until 3, class from 3:30 until 5, work from 5 until midnight. No rest for the wicked.

If I can just survive until midnight I’ll be good….

Yesterday would have been a really shitty day had it not been for Aidan sending me a lovely and entertaining piece of fiction he’d written this month. He asked me to edit it and give my opinions, and I was truly enthralled by it.

He and I had a chat after work and we role-played / co-authored a conversation in our newly fashioned plot. It holds a lot of potential and a great dealing of writing for the both of us. He’s a true inspiration and I’m thankful that he could grant me such a blessing.

Aidan, if you’re out there and reading this, I hope I didn’t say anything wrong after our conversation. Sleep well, old friend.

Yay……. I slept through both of my classes today by not setting my alarm…. DAMNIT!!!

As I now try to make up the homework for the easiest classes on my schedule, I contemplate how I can both consistently set my alarm and remind myself to keep sleep an issue I shouldn’t be worrying about.

Anyway, at least I missed only my Online Journalism classes, and that the professors teaching them kinda understood my situation. Missing Comm Law woulda been a death stroke, if it had been the case.

That’s right – I’m at work. They don’t have these basic applications updated, but they have four different internet browsers and, of all things, iTunes updated. WEAKSAUCE!!!

So yeah.

Can I bump any [Conjured Crystal Water] or [Sparkling Cherry Pepsi] off of anyone? I’ll pay good Washingtons for it! I was drifting off in some of my more boring classes today (4 hours of sleep after studying), and two sobes and a sugar cookie weren’t enough to satisfy my caffeine hunger!

It’s been about a week since I’ve played WoW long enough for an instance run. I’m feeling the pull of something like a weak withdrawl, but it’s replaceable with WC3 (dota, ele TD), Enemy Territory, work and writing… I still miss my friends. FFXI is helping the transition greatly.

Feeling a mix of depression and extreme happiness. Happiness because I know I’m getting better as a top copy editor and learning my trade without stress; depression because I still haven’t gotten over CVN kicking me out. I know I’m a drama queen, but I had a lot of friends in there I trusted.

Writing and working will wear away the bad memories… As for today, I have no class and no work. So I plan on indulging myself a little. Sleeping in, gaming, and procrastinating while my homework load is still thin.
